Led research to map institutional networks describing relationships between partners and flows of information through a complex industrial food system. Methods used in this research included structured and semi-structured interviews, literature reviews, and participatory mapping. Analytical methods included social network and qualitative thematic analyses. 

User Experience (UX) Research Methodologies

Designed and advised global-scale social research program to investigate process-based UX for a global technology company. Methods used in this program included structured and semi-structured interviews, and surveys. Analytical methods led included sentiment analysis, qualitative thematic analysis, and descriptive statistical analysis

State of Technology Analysis and Future Roadmapping

Led the analysis of the state of the technology and future scenario roadmaps related to ocean carbon dioxide removal for a global conservation NGO. Methods utilized included in-depth literature reviews, focus group discussions, and design-thinking ideation.
